UzPFL has presented its activity report at the Annual Meeting of World Leagues Forum

The World Leagues Forum – the world association of professional football leagues – held its Annual Meeting in Warsaw, Poland, on 12-13 October 2023, hosted by the Polish Ekstraklasa.

Among the participants were UzPFL General Director Diyor Imamkhodjaev.  

45 member leagues from all around the world gathered to exchange knowledge and discuss the most pressing matters in world football. During the two-day event in Warsaw, Poland, numerous current international issues with effects on domestic leagues were discussed.

UzPFL was officially accepted into this organization in 2022.

As a new member of WFL, UzPFL was given opportunity to present its activity report and issues of the domestic championships in front of the football leaders and experts from all over the globe. Notably, the presentation was warmly received by the rest of the member organizations.

UzPFL is now an equal partner of the leagues that are part of the WLF. This opens up the way to cooperate directly with any TOP leagues and clubs of the world. In the near future, plans will be developed to organize a series of seminars and workshops on issues pertaining marketing, broadcasting, fan engagement and others.
