Uzbekistan Cup: Group Stage Match Dates Announced

Before finalizing the dates for the Uzbekistan Cup group stage matches, the League considered the potential international fixtures of Pakhtakor and OKMK.

If Pakhtakor advances past Al-Hilal in the Elite Champions League Round of 16, the team may participate in the centralized next stage of the tournament in Saudi Arabia from April 25 to May 3. Meanwhile, OKMK is highly likely to represent Uzbekistan in a CAFA-organized competition scheduled between April 26 and May 5.

For this reasons, the Uzbekistan Cup will not begin with matches from Groups A, B, D, and E. Instead, the competition will start with fixtures from Groups F, G, H, and I.

However, by the third round, the schedule will be adjusted. Considering that Nasaf and Andijon will compete in the Uzbekistan Super Cup on May 27, the group stage matches involving these teams will conclude earlier than others.
