David Elleray Provides Briefing on New Regulations to Superleague Clubs and Match Officials

As part of the ongoing process to introduce the methods proposed by The IFAB, the League is pleased to announce the visit of Mr. David Elleray, Technical Director of The IFAB, to Tashkent.

During his visit, Mr. Elleray delivered an extensive presentation outlining the latest regulatory updates, including measures aimed at preventing time‑wasting, improving effective and respectful communication between players and match officials, and briefing all relevant stakeholders on updates to the VAR Protocols.

The League, in close cooperation with the Association, remains committed to implementing these new regulations to further increase effective playing time and enhance the overall quality of Superleague matches.
